Pipistrelles will happily exchange or refund goods received back to us within 30 days of order date.
All items must be returned unworn and in perfect condition.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
Pipistrelles will reimburse you for both delivery and return shipping charges if you have received an incorrect order or your item was damaged or defective.
Returns and refunds are usually processed within ten working days of receipt.
Please note Pipistrelles do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods or any international duties and taxes.
